I purchased this VFR in August 2001 from an older guy in Ashburn, Virginia (who bought it new, out of the crate, in 1999). He put less than 2,000 miles on the bike. I added 3,000 more. The ONLY cosmetic flaw is some slight stratching of the triple clamp from where my keychain bounced around (visible in the photo below, fifth from the right). Zero mechanical problems. The Vance and Hines SS2R slip-on was installed by me in September 2001. If you prefer the stock look and sound, I do have the original muffler which is included in the purchase price (as well as a Clymer manual). The 4,000-mile routine service was performed at Coleman Powersport on 8/7/2002. Why I'm selling the bike:  |
